Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, call us immediately at (800) 486-2718 x4. We will assist you in setting the claim process in motion. Our account managers are dedicated to assisting you and will work very hard to minimize the disruption to your life.

Claims: After-hours or weekends
Many of our carriers offer 24/7 claims reporting by phone and/or online. Have your policy handy with your policy number, as the company will need this information to open your claim. Be sure to ask about any emergency services you need (e.g., a plumber to close off a burst pipe) as they have professional relationships and can often refer you to a qualified service provider.
